Role Overview ThePost Producer – Video Adaptationwill manage theend-to-end delivery of adapted video assetsderived from global master campaigns. This role focuses onversioning, localization, and format adaptationsfor multiple markets and digital platforms while ensuring high-quality post-production execution. The producer will work closely witheditors, motion graphics artists, localization teams, and account stakeholdersto ensure timely delivery of video content across channels. Key Responsibilities Video Post-Production Management Managepost-production workflows for video adaptations and versioning . Coordinate withvideo editors, motion designers, and sound teamsto deliver adapted assets. Tracktimelines, revisions, and delivery milestonesacross multiple projects. Adaptation & Versioning Overseeadaptation of master video assetsinto multiple formats including: Social media videos Cutdowns and short edits Market-specific versions Language and subtitle versions Ensure compliance withplatform specifications (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) . Stakeholder Coordination Act as theproduction liaison between creative teams, account teams, and post-production specialists . Manageclient feedback roundsand ensure accurate implementation of revisions. Translate creative briefs intoclear post-production instructionsfor the editing team. Quality Control & Delivery Ensurequality checks before final deliveryincluding: Video resolution Subtitles/language accuracy Audio levels Format specifications Maintainversion control and asset organizationacross projects. Workflow & Process Management Track projects throughproduction management systems(e.g., Workfront, Monday, Jira). Monitor project budgets and resource allocation when required. Flag production risks or delays proactively. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of experiencein video post-production or video adaptation production. Strong understanding ofvideo editing and post-production workflows . Experience handlingvideo versioning and localization projects . Familiarity withAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder workflows . Ability to managemultiple video assets and timelines simultaneously .
