Role OverviewThe Post Producer – Video Adaptation will manage the end-to-end delivery of adapted video assets derived from global master campaigns. This role focuses on versioning, localization, and format adaptations for multiple markets and digital platforms while ensuring high-quality post-production execution.The producer will work closely with editors, motion graphics artists, localization teams, and account stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of video content across channels.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Post-Production ManagementManage post-production workflows for video adaptations and versioning.Coordinate with video editors, motion designers, and sound teams to deliver adapted assets.Track timelines, revisions, and delivery milestones across multiple projects.Adaptation & VersioningOversee adaptation of master video assets into multiple formats including:Social media videosCutdowns and short editsMarket-specific versionsLanguage and subtitle versionsEnsure compliance with platform specifications (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the production liaison between creative teams, account teams, and post-production specialists.Manage client feedback rounds and ensure accurate implementation of revisions.Translate creative briefs into clear post-production instructions for the editing team.Quality Control & DeliveryEnsure quality checks before final delivery including:Video resolutionSubtitles/language accuracyAudio levelsFormat specificationsMaintain version control and asset organization across projects.Workflow & Process ManagementTrack projects through production management systems (e.g., Workfront, Monday, Jira).Monitor project budgets and resource allocation when required.Flag production risks or delays proactively.Required Skills & Experience3–6 years of experience in video post-production or video adaptation production.Strong understanding of video editing and post-production workflows.Experience handling video versioning and localization projects.Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder workflows.Ability to manage multiple video assets and timelines simultaneously.
