You are shaping narratives, leading formats, and settingthe quality bar for digital video.What You Will Do● Anchor and present digital news videos, explainers, and special formats● Independently research, script, and produce your own stories● Conduct interviews with newsmakers, experts, and public figures● Break down complex news into clear, engaging, audience-friendly narratives● Work closely with the video newsroom and production teams to deliver high-qualityoutput● Mentor junior anchor-producers and contribute to newsroom editorial discussions● Maintain accuracy, credibility, and strong editorial judgment at all times● Adapt storytelling for digital-first formats (shorts, long-form, platform-specific videos)What We’re Looking For● 6–10 years of experience as an anchor / senior producer / video journalist● Strong on-camera presence and confident news delivery● Proven experience in:○ Anchoring news○ Interviewing senior stakeholders○ Scriptwriting and editorial storytelling● Deep understanding of current affairs, politics, business, and culture● Ability to think editorially and present engagingly for digital audiences● Strong network of sources and comfort dealing with public figures● Excellent spoken English (Hindi is a plus; additional languages welcome)● Comfortable working in a fast-paced newsroom environmentWhat This Role Is NOT● This is not a voice-over or teleprompter-only role● This is not a social media influencer role● This is not a desk-only producer positionThis is a serious newsroom anchor-producer role with high visibility and responsibility.Work Structure● Full-time, in-office role● Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai● Working days: Monday to Saturday● Fast-moving editorial environment with daily output expectationsWhy Join Us● Be part of a legacy newsroom building a modern digital-first video operation● High creative ownership and editorial responsibility● Opportunity to lead formats, not just execute them● Direct impact on how news is presented to large digital audiences
