The role involves conceptualizing ideas, managing shoots, coordinating with writers, directors, and editors, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of engaging, trend-driven video content. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller and production manager, with a strong understanding of digital-first formats and audience preferences. Experience: 4-7 years relevant experience in content ideation & development of 360 degree marketing campaigns, influencer content, show formats, social media content, ad films with end-to-end planning and production execution. Roles and Responsibilities Research and developing creative ideas for launch campaigns, IPs, influencer content, ad films, etc Pitching and client relationship management Lead and deliver projects from ideation to execution Stay on top of latest pop culture, evolving trends, brand campaigns, innovation in marketing and launches, fashion content etc in India and around the world and translate it into content development for brands Digital and content strategy Managing the entire post production team and responsible for all content going live Leading all production and execution projects Must understand budgeting and responsible for execution campaigns in the given timelines and budgets Holds all relationships with and has a wide roaster of productions vendors, external creative teams, freelancing creative community etc Must have executed large scale production projects along with small scale social media production scale. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in film making, design, communication, marketing, advertising or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in content ideation & development of 360 degree marketing campaigns, influencer content, show formats, social media content, ad films with end-to-end planning and production execution. Comfortable in and excited about client-facing roles Impeccable storyteller and presenter. Can develop & articulate ideas in a succinct and compelling manner Organized project manager who can deliver under tight deadlines Employment Type : Full Time (Work From Office) Location: Andheri East
