Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Producer to join our dedicated global team for a multinational FMCG brands portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in post-production workflows for both video and print, along with the ability to manage high-volume adaptation work and coordinate smoothly with global agency and client teams.The Producer will oversee an in-house team of editors, motion designers, artwork specialists, and finishing artists—ensuring delivery accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across a large volume of asset adaptations. This role suits someone who is calm, structured, and confident navigating ambiguity, with exceptional communication, tracking, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Production & Asset Management- Oversee end-to-end post-production for video adaptations, including logo changes, VO replacements, pack updates, supers, legal changes, music swaps, and master conforming. - Manage and quality-check all incoming global master assets, ensuring compliance with brand and technical standards. - Coordinate with editors, motion graphics artists, designers, retouchers, and finishing artists for daily task allocation and creative oversight. - Ensure continuity and version consistency across multiple markets, languages, ratios, and formats. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven approach.Workflow, Tracking & Operations- Maintain master trackers for inflow/outflow of assets, version history, delivery timelines, and missing file dependencies. - Implement structured workflows that support efficient handling of high-volume adaptation work. - Monitor project progress across different time zones to ensure delivery commitments are met. - Flag risks proactively, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and create escalation paths where needed.Client & Agency Communication- Serve as the primary client- and agency-facing point of contact for all post-production discussions. - Translate feedback, global guidelines, and requests into clear, actionable briefs for the internal post team. - Present work confidently to stakeholders and manage review and approval cycles.Team Leadership- Oversee the daily workload and output of internal post artists. - Ensure all creative output aligns with global quality expectations for the FMCG brands portfolio. - Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and operational discipline.Global Readiness & Flexibility- Coordinate with global teams across time zones — flexibility for extended communication hours when required. - Manage urgent requests and last-minute changes with composure and clarity.Qualifications & Core Skills- 4–8 years of experience in client/agency management supported by solid production and post-production knowledge, ideally within global or high-volume environments. - Exceptional organizational skills — able to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams across markets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident working with global clients. - Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving abilities. - Experience with asset management systems, naming conventions, version control, and delivery pipelines. - Understanding of technical file formats, codecs, resolutions, and export specs is an advantage. - Positive, solution-first mindset; highly proactive.
