If you have1–2 years of outbound calling or audience acquisition experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for meaningful conversations — we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates from a given database to promote and confirm attendance for B2B conferences. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly confirmation targets. Maintain detailed call records, remarks, and lead status in CRM or Excel. Validate data (designation, company, contact details) and ensure database accuracy. Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversion. Uphold communication standards and represent the company professionally in every interaction. Collaborate with marketing and delegate acquisition teams to improve target lists and outreach strategies. Share call feedback and insights to enhance overall audience quality.Required Skills & Competencies • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability • Strong listening skills and positive attitude • Basic proficiency in Excel and data entryQualifications • Graduate • 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling / telesales / audience acquisition • Experience in the events, media, or marketing domain will be preferred
