About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographer who can bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals, storytelling, and design. The ideal candidate is someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and design — creating high-quality explainer videos, social media reels, and motion graphic videos that engage and inspire.If you’re equally comfortable behind the camera and in front of a timeline — with an eye for design and a pulse on social media — we’d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Shooting- Plan, shoot, and manage video production for explainer videos, brand stories, and social media campaigns. - Handle lighting, framing, and camera setup to deliver high-quality footage. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring storyboards and ideas to life.Editing & Post-Production- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). - Create and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and infographics using After Effects or similar tools. - Sync sound, add background music, and ensure clean audio and color consistency. - Repurpose video edits into multiple short-form formats (reels, stories, shorts, etc.).Graphic Design & Visual Assets- Design thumbnails, end screens, and video overlays using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Create digital design assets that complement the video content, including campaign creatives and storyboards. - Ensure brand consistency across all design and video outputs.Creative Direction- Stay updated on the latest trends in editing, social media, and motion design. - Contribute ideas for innovative video formats and creative storytelling techniques.Requirements- 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator. - Must be based in Mumbai/PuneProficiency in:- Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or similar). - Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. - Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. - Basic understanding of color grading, audio syncing, and sound design. - Ability to manage shoots and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines. - Based in Mumbai (with flexibility for local shoots).Bonus Points If You:- Are comfortable conceptualising and scripting short-form content. - Have your own DSLR or iPhone - Create your own content or have a social media presence. - Can adapt designs and edits across multiple platforms and formats.To ApplySend us:- Your resume to hiring@ - A link to your showreel or 2–3 sample videos - Subject line: Application – Video Editor & Videographer (Mumbai) - Your current salary, expected salary and notice period
