Distribution Operations:  Manage digital distribution across platforms; ensure timely delivery & compliance with DSP specs. Release Strategy:  Plan schedules & marketing rollouts; oversee pre-release campaigns; albums and playlist pitching; optimize for visibility & downloads. Reporting & Analytics:  Track streams, sales, royalties; prepare reports; extract insights to guide growth  Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years in label management/music distribution  or similar role . Solid understanding of digital platforms, royalty reporting & music rights management   Proficient with artist tools  (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon) . Experience curating audio albums & playlists for kids content  preferred
