Audio Visual Consultant

AV Consultant Hewshott is looking for an AV consultant to join our ever-expanding team! The role is full-time, on-site at one of our client’s office in Mumbai. The client is one of India’s top 15 companies and is present in over 20 industries across Auto, Farm and Services. The selected candidate will part of the client’s AV team and will be responsible for AV projects. It would be preferred if candidates have some or all the following certification: Certifications ·     CTS/CTS-D ·     Microsoft MTR ·     Poly ·     Crestron ·     Extron Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related field Minimum 5 years experience working on AV deployment projects Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality; ability able to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Job Description 1.    Requirement gathering from End User/Customer for AV related projects 2.    Designing solutions as per the received brief/requirements gathered 3.    Getting business approval for AV solutions 4.    Providing final design to Collaboration Head/Vendor Management team for getting quotes from vendors 5.    Technical and commercial evaluation of proposals received from vendors 6.    Co-ordinating for down time of the room/site for implementation of project once PO is issued to the AV vendor 7.    Verifying drawings received from vendor. Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred 8.    Co-ordination with CIS/BU Teams (Civil and MEP) for the room readiness required for deployment of the AV systems 9.    Follow-up with the vendors for timely delivery according to PO 10. End-to-end project co-ordination with vendors and internal teams, follow up and close out of all dependencies 11. Ensuring the execution of projects is to the customers’ satisfaction 12. Extensive project documentation through project lifecycles 13. Quality checking the physical installation 14. Testing and commissioning of AV systems 15. Taking handover from vendor with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals and equipment specification sheets, to be uploaded to central repository 16. Help Asset Management team in verifying the delivery is according to PO and providing asset tag to every equipment 17. Providing handover of the project to Operations Team/ Customer with proper training on usage of the installed system/s 18. Providing remote 1st level of support for maintenance calls 19. If required, visit project sites to address issues or troubleshoot 20. Periodic health check of AV systems, providing inputs on improvements if required 21. Conducting extensive POCs for the latest technologies Salary Range 14-18 Lacs per annum. Salary will be offered subject to experience.
