We are PE backed and are scaling for an eventual IPO.Company website: Description: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end technology projects.Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.Coordinate with internal teams including Development, QA, UI/UX, Infrastructure, and Business teams.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.Manage client communication and expectation handling.Track project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.Prepare project documentation, reports, and MIS.Ensure smooth implementation and post-deployment support coordination.Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.Skills : Strong project management and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or ClickUp.Experience : ·5–10 years of experience in Project Management within the IT / Technology industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT /MCA /MBA.Location : Kalina, Santacruz East, MumbaiInterested candidates, kindly share your updated CV to or 9088331010
