Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across Core HR, TA Ops, HRIS, Case Management, Payroll & BenefitsEnsure SLA/OLA compliance and stable delivery across geographiesDrive productivity, automation, and cost optimization initiativesLead HR transformation programs including RPA, GenAI & Agentic AI solutionsAct as primary interface for client HR Operations leadershipManage governance reviews, risk mitigation, and executive escalationsLead transitions, service migrations, and expansion programsManage large, distributed teams, delivery managers, and tower leadsDrive data-led performance management and service maturity improvementsSupport client visits, solution discussions, and showcase transformation success storiesSkills & Experience15+ years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations deliveryExperience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ZendeskKnowledge of GenAI & Agentic AI frameworks in HR domainStrong stakeholder management and transformation leadership skillsPMP, HR, Workday, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
