Location: India (Noida / Gurgaon / Remote)N-21.ai is building the next generation of Agentic AI platforms transforming healthcare and Lifesciences operations across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and value-based care. Our mission is simple but ambitious: Use AI to improve patient outcomes while reducing the cost of healthcare operations. We are looking for a Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) to build and lead our global delivery organization based in India. Healthcare and Lifesciences industry expertise is a mandatory requirement. This leader will ensure healthcare organizations realize measurable outcomes from our AI solutions across workflows such as: • Risk Adjustment optimization • Prior Authorization automation • Care gap closure • Provider documentation and coding accuracy • Managed outcomes for senior populations.What You’ll DoAs Chief Delivery Officer, you will: • Build and scale N-21.ai’s India delivery center • Lead end-to-end implementation of our AI platform for healthcare customers • Build a world-class delivery team including solution architects, healthcare SMEs, implementation leaders, data engineers, and AI deployment specialists • Ensure customers realize measurable ROI from our solutions • Establish repeatable implementation playbooks and delivery frameworks • Partner closely with product and engineering to improve the platformWho You AreWe’re looking for a leader who has: • 10–15+ years in healthcare technology or consulting • Deep experience with Medicare Advantage / Medicaid / value-based care workflows • Experience delivering complex healthcare data or AI platforms • Track record building and scaling delivery teams • Strong executive presence with healthcare clients.Why Join N-21.aiYou’ll help build one of the first Agentic AI platforms designed specifically for healthcare managed care operations.
