Delivery Lead – Technology (Java + GenAI)Location: Bangalore, India (Client Location – Investment Banking Client)Designation: Associate Program Group Manager (APGM)Experience: 16 – 22 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Leader to drive large-scale enterprise application delivery and modernization initiatives for a leading global investment banking client.This role requires a strong delivery leader with deep Java engineering background and exposure to emerging technologies such as Generative AI, who can lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and deliver complex transformation programs.The Delivery Lead will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, engineering governance, and innovation initiatives across modern technology platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs involving large distributed engineering teams.Drive Java-based application development and modernization initiatives including microservices and cloud platforms.Provide technical delivery leadership for emerging technologies including Generative AI solutions.Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.Manage multiple workstreams, project dependencies, delivery milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.Establish strong engineering governance, Agile delivery practices, and quality standards.Lead Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks, driving sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.Ensure high-quality software delivery through DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.Drive innovation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and cloud platforms.Provide executive-level program reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic delivery oversight.Mentor and develop high-performing engineering and delivery teams.Required Skills & Experience16+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or engineering leadership roles.Strong background in Java/J2EE application development and enterprise architecture.Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms using microservices architecture.Exposure to Generative AI, AI/ML platforms, or AI-driven engineering solutions.Strong understanding of modern engineering ecosystems including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks.Proven ability to lead large cross-functional engineering teams and deliver complex transformation programs.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with global enterprise clients.
