What You’ll Be Doing:You will architect and scale robust automation frameworks, define outcome-driven test strategies, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery for our banking clients. This role demands strong client engagement and disciplined execution to consistently meet commitments.What You Will Own: Own end-to-end client delivery including estimation, planning, execution, reporting, and governanceServe as the primary client point of contact, ensuring transparency, trust, and business alignmentDesign and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and REST APIsDefine automation strategy aligned to client roadmaps and release cyclesEnsure SLA-driven execution with zero surprisesProactively identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive defect preventionLead and mentor a team of automation engineers to deliver on commitmentsIntegrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, reliable releasesWhat You Bring:10–14 years in QA Automation, with experience working with clients directly for delivery management.Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, REST API automation.Proven experience managing client expectations and complex stakeholders.Ability to coordinate with teams across locations including QA, Product Engineering, Delivery and client teams. Excellent communication and ability to drive client success independently. Strong problem-solving mindset with high accountability
