VLSI Delivery ManagerLocation: BangaloreExp-12+ years Lead a dynamic team in delivering complex VLSI projects, focusing on RTL/FPGA/ASIC Design, Design Verification Physical Design and DFT in the semiconductor industry.Responsibilities:• Managing a large team of VLSI engineers (100+) for successful project delivery.• Developing and tracking project plans to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.• Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.• Providing technical guidance leveraging extensive VLSI expertise.• Balancing resources for optimal productivity.Requirements:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.• 12+ years of VLSI/Semiconductor experience with a focus on RTL design and DV.• Good knowledge of Physical Design and DFT is required.• Multiple SoC tape out experience is must• Proficiency in project tracking tools and methodologies.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Track record of successful customer interactions and project delivery.• Experience in resource planning and allocation.
