Technical Delivery Lead

Job Title: Technical Delivery LeadExperience: 6–8 YearsLocation: Mumbai,Bengaluru and GurugramEmployment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong technical acumen, hands-on delivery leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while driving innovation through AI and modern integration platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the day-to-day technical delivery of large-scale enterprise implementations.Lead stakeholder management across internal teams and external client organizations, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.Establish, enforce, and continuously improve the Definition of Done (DoD) across development teams to maintain consistent quality standards.Lead all Agile delivery cadences, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Facilitate client-facing ceremonies such as sprint demos, stakeholder alignment sessions, and cross-team coordination meetings.Own and chair Steering Committee meetings with client leadership; prepare and present detailed project status reports, risks, and mitigation plans.Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical execution plans and delivery roadmaps.Drive the adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows within client environments to improve efficiency and automation.Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams on solution design, integration strategy, and implementation approach.Track and manage delivery health, including scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality metrics.Proactively engage enterprise stakeholders to set and manage delivery expectations.Mentor and coach junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices and Agile execution.Required Qualifications & Experience5+ years of proven experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises (mandatory).Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integrations, and/or workflow automation platforms.Hands-on knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, enterprise environments.Preferred QualificationsDomain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals.Experience leading multi-vendor or cross-functional delivery teams.Exposure to AI-led automation or intelligent workflow platforms.
