Job DescriptionJob Title: Director of Delivery & OperationsRole OverviewThe Director of Delivery & Operations will lead end-to-end software product delivery and operational execution, with full accountability for quality, timeliness, cost control, revenue realization, and margins. This role is responsible for ensuring successful software product implementations while optimizing delivery costs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and oversee end-to-end delivery of software product implementations across customersEnsure high-quality, on-time delivery of all software deliverablesDrive revenue realization through successful and predictable deliveriesMaintain ownership of delivery margins by actively managing costs, utilization, and efficiencyPlan, track, and optimize delivery costs, including staffing, subcontracting, and operational expensesEstablish and monitor KPIs such as Defect Leakage, Schedule Adherence, SLA Adherence, Resource utilization, efficiency and marginsLead capacity planning and ensure optimal resource utilization and productivityPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless executionIdentify delivery, financial, and operational risks and implement mitigation plansDefine, standardize, and continuously improve delivery processes, governance models, and best practicesBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery and operations teamsEnsure customer satisfaction through strong governance, communication, and execution disciplineRequired Experience & Qualifications15+ years of experience in software delivery, operations, or program management, in a software product–based companyMinimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.US P&C Insurance experience will be preferred.Strong experience leading software product implementations with financial accountabilityProven track record of managing costs, revenue, and margins in delivery organizations.Experience with P&L ownership or close partnership with financeAbility to manage cross-functional and distributed teams at scaleStrong analytical, financial, and executive communication skillsKey SkillsSoftware Delivery & Operations LeadershipCost Management & Financial ControlRevenue & Margin OptimizationResource Utilization & EfficiencyImplementation & Program GovernanceRisk & Issue ManagementData-driven Decision MakingJob location- Navi Mumbai
