Job Descriptions:- Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery. - Handle customer communication, delivery issues, and performance reporting. - Support continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction. - Be responsible for end-to-end delivery management and client interface across North America, Europe, and India.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors: Supply Chain, Communications, Electronics. - Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills. - 5+ years in electronics supply chain; 3+ years in key account delivery preferred. - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Eletronic data processing tool and MS. Office experience preferred.
