Job Title:Technical Delivery Lead – BFSI | KYC & Compliance PlatformsOverview We are seeking a seasonedTechnical Delivery Leadwith proven expertise in driving large-scaledigital transformation, compliance, and regulatory technology programswithin theBanking & Financial Services (BFSI)domain. The ideal candidate combines deepKYC/AML/Compliance knowledgewith strong technical delivery leadership, hands-on experience in microservices, cloud platforms, and regulatory systems (AML/KYC/CDD/EDD).Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end deliveryof compliance technology initiatives, focusing onKYC/CDD, AML Transaction Monitoring, and Financial Crime Compliance platforms. Providehands-on technical leadershipin designing and implementing scalable solutions using.NET Core / Java microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems. Drivemodernization and transformationof KYC/AML platforms (e.g.,Actimize, Mantas, Fenergo, Detica ), aligning withregulatory mandates. Collaborate with business, compliance, and product stakeholders to translateregulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions. Define and enforcedelivery standards, governance, and best practicesacross multiple global teams and delivery centers. Ensurescalability, resilience, and securityof compliance platforms throughcloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD). Mentor and buildhigh-performing engineering teams,drivinginnovation, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence. Oversee program execution, SLA adherence, and compliance reporting, ensuringreadiness for regulatory audits.Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of IT experience , with at least7+ years in delivery leadership roleswithinBanking/Financial Services. Deep domain expertise inKYC, AML, CDD/EDD, Financial Crime Compliance, and Regulatory Technology platforms. Proven technical expertise inJava or .NET Core microservices, API-led architecture, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with compliance technology platforms ( Actimize, Mantas, Fenergo, Detica/Norkom ). Strong background incloud adoption and DevOps(AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Excellent understanding ofregulatory frameworks(AML, FCC, OCC, BSA/AML, GDPR, etc.). Strongstakeholder management and executive communication skills , with experience presenting tosenior leadership, regulators, and business stakeholders. Ability to managemulti-location delivery teams , globalGCC/CoE models , and parallel complex programs.
