Head of Technology Delivery

We are seeking aDelivery Director / Head of Deliverywith strong financial markets domain expertise (Treasury, Sell-side, or Buy-side) and proven leadership inlarge-scale delivery of trading, risk, funding, and liquidity platforms . This leader will be hands-on inprogram execution, modernization, and solution governance , ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems. The role requires deep knowledge ofcapital markets technology ,engineering practices , andend-to-end delivery ownershipacross global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities - Delivery Leadership:Ownend-to-end deliveryof Treasury & Markets technology initiatives across India and global teams. Driveplanning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reportingfor multi-million-dollar programs. Governmultiple agile teamsacross engineering, QA, DevOps, and data streams. Ensure delivery excellence inresiliency, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance .Hands-on Program Management:Staydeeply involved in execution— architecture reviews, dependency management, release planning, cutover management. Drive modernization oflegacy Treasury & Markets platforms(monolith-to-microservices, cloud migration, data streaming). Implement best practices inAgile/Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native delivery .Solutioning & Modernization:Partner with product owners and Treasury stakeholders to definetarget state architectures . Shape modernization roadmaps inmicroservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, real-time data, and cloud . Overseevendor platforms(Murex, Calypso/Adenza, FIS, Finastra, TCS BaNCS, Oracle OFS) and internal builds.AI & Productivity Enablement:Champion the use ofAI/GenAI toolsfor engineering acceleration (rapid prototyping, test automation, code refactoring). Explore AI-driven approaches forprogram monitoring, predictive delivery analytics, risk alerts .People & Stakeholder Management:Build , scale and managed high-performing delivery teams (25-50+ FTEs across captive/vendor ecosystems). Partner withglobal CIO/CTO, business sponsors, and regulatorsto align delivery with business outcomes. Manage third-party vendors and offshore/onshore delivery partners.Key Qualifications:15+ yearsof experience in software delivery for BFSI (with at least 7–10 years in capital markets / treasury systems). Strong track record asDelivery Director / Head of Delivery / Program DirectorinSell-side / Buy-side / Treasury tech . Deep expertise indelivery of mission-critical systems : Treasury, ALM, Risk, MM, FX, Fixed Income, Funding, or Investment Platforms. Hands-on experience withmodernization projects : microservices, APIs, cloud-native, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), real-time data pipelines (Kafka/Pulsar). Solid grounding inengineering + solutioning— not just governance, but able to dive into delivery challenges. Familiarity withAI-assisted engineeringand use of AI for delivery productivity. Strong global stakeholder management (Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Operations).
