With a spacious head office, two experience centers, and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Upper Thane, Mumbai, Lafit consistently broadens its product offerings and market presence through extensive R&D, catering to the growing demand for luxurious and innovative décor solutions.KEY RESPONSBILITIES : ● Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing systems)● Assist in pre-sales with product selection, BOQs, and quotations ● Interpret lighting designs, TDS, and client requirements● Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher-level support or relevant teams and follow through to resolution● Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes● Provide expert technical advice on lighting product selection based on project requirements, application suitability, energy efficiency, and compliance standards● Collaborate with the marketing team to align demand generation initiatives with promotional campaigns and brand positioning● Assist clients and stakeholders with technical clarifications, product specifications, and compliance requirements during the pre-sales and specification phase● Provide continuous feedback to internal teams on product performance, customer preferences, and evolving market trends to support product development and innovation● Maintain updated knowledge of lighting technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsSKILLS:● Strong technical understanding of lighting products, systems, and applications●Understanding of BOQ, Quotations, TDS, client’s expectations.● Good knowledge of energy efficiency standards and compliance requirements● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement● Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities● Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. QUALIFICATION:● Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.● Additional certification in Lighting Design or Energy Efficiency (preferred).EXPERIENCE:● 2–5 years of experience in technical support, specification sales, or lighting industry.● Experience in handling architects, consultants, and project-based sales is preferred.
