JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform the PMS data import activity by following company procedure documentResponsible to report manager on daily basis with planning, accomplishment, and pain point statusCoordination with various stakeholders (Data, PMS and Development teams) for smooth data import activityTroubleshooting and diagnosing the reported PMS Import related issues and errors with counter partManage Vessel support team admin related workAbility to understand the client’s business requirementsAbility to work and prioritize and manage many open issues and tasksReady to work in rotational shifts and willing to extend the working hours in crucial business issuesQualifications and SkillsAny Graduate / B.E. or equivalent with minimum 01 + years of relevant experience.Good English Writing skills with grip on non-verbal (email) communicationExcellent typing skillsProblem solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks.Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail.Shipping knowledge will be preferredTeam player with good interpersonal and communication skillsBasic knowledge of networking & cloud services.Good memory of how software and operating systems work.Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.Ability to work well as a team player.Strong customer focus.
