About the CompanyAs part of our growth plans, we are looking at Open-source specialists with the following credentials to work as Technical Specialist along with our Delivery Team.About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Specialist to design, develop, and maintain Kafka infrastructure and applications.Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Kafka infrastructure and applications. - Manage and optimize Kafka clusters to ensure high availability and performance. - Develop and implement best practices for Kafka architecture and data streaming. - Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal throughput. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data streaming requirements and solutions. - Deployment, monitoring, and management tasks for Kafka environments. - Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and company policies. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on Kafka-related projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Kafka developments and industry trends.Qualifications- Diploma or BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics - B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT + RHCSA CertifiedRequired Skills- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Kafka.Preferred Skills- Experience with other data streaming technologies.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
