() is a premier designer and US manufacturer of the highest quality portable ophthalmic cameras, lenses, surgical systems, and accessories used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the eye.Position Objective(The purpose of role in current business/market scenario)This is an entry-level field sales role for freshers or trainees interested in healthcare or medical sales. The role involves traveling to medical colleges across the Western region of India and supporting engagement with Ophthalmology departments while learning core sales and relationship management skills.Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations)Visit medical colleges and hospitals in the Western region as per the assigned plan.Assist in engaging with Ophthalmology departments, doctors, and staff Introduce company products/services under supervision.Support in conducting product presentations, demos, or awareness sessions.Maintain records of visits, interactions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead tracking and closures. Support in organizing workshops, CME programs, or on-ground activities.
