ABOUT US:Duracool Airconditioning is one of India’s leading HVAC contracting companies with a 27+ year legacy of engineering excellence, reliability, and innovation.Our expertise spans across design, execution, and lifecycle management of Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) and Room Air Conditioning (RAC) systems, including VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, ventilation systems, ducting, piping, and chiller plants.As we continue to scale our project execution, we are strengthening our contractor and labour management ecosystem to ensure smooth site execution, availability of skilled manpower, and strong compliance.COMPANY WEBSITE: Mumbai (Site-Based Role)ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-driven HVAC Contract Executive who will be responsible for contractor coordination, labour management, and identifying new contractors for HVAC project sites.This role is critical in ensuring timely availability of contractors, skilled labour, and smooth execution at site level.You will work closely with the Contract Manager and Project Teams to ensure that contractor availability, performance, and compliance are maintained across projects.GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:At Duracool, we believe in developing execution leaders from the ground up.This role offers a clear growth path:Contract Executive → Deputy Contract Manager → Contract Manager → Contracts HeadKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Contractor Sourcing & Identification (ADDED – CRITICAL)Identify and source new HVAC contractors for:- Ducting works- Piping works- Installation works- Insulation worksSupport onboarding of contractors by collecting required details and documentsBuild and maintain a database of available contractors across locations2) Contractor Coordination (CORE RESPONSIBILITY)Coordinate with HVAC contractors for daily site executionEnsure timely mobilization of contractors as per project schedulesFollow up for:- Labour deployment- Work progress- Site readiness3) Labour Management & MonitoringEnsure required manpower is deployed at site on daily basisTrack labour attendance, productivity, and outputEscalate:- Labour shortages- Low productivity- Delays4) Site Execution SupportWork closely with Site Engineers and Project ManagersEnsure work is executed as per drawings, timelines, and quality requirementsIdentify and resolve:- Contractor delays- Labour issues- Coordination gaps5) Contractor Billing & Measurement SupportAssist in measurement verification of contractor workSupport preparation and checking of contractor billsEnsure:- Work executed matches BOQ- No excess billing6) Compliance & Documentation (VERY IMPORTANT)Ensure contractors maintain basic compliance:- Labour records- ID proofs- Safety compliance- Basic statutory documentationMaintain site-level documentation for audits7) Daily Reporting & MISMaintain daily reports including:- Labour strength- Work progress- Site issuesShare updates with reporting manager8) Material & Execution CoordinationCoordinate with site and procurement teams for material availabilityEnsure no work stoppage due to material or contractor delays9) Safety & Site DisciplineEnsure contractors follow safety norms and site disciplineReport unsafe practices and escalate immediatelyIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:• 3–6 years of experience in HVAC / MEP site execution or contractor handling• Experience in:- Contractor coordination- Labour management- Basic contractor sourcing• Basic understanding of:- HVAC systems (ducting, piping, installation)- Site execution processes• Strong follow-up and coordination skills• Ability to work in fast-paced site environment• Basic understanding of BOQ and measurement• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Willingness to travel across project sitesWHAT YOU’LL GET:• SALARY: Upto 6 Lakhs pa + benefits• Exposure to contractor sourcing and management• Hands-on experience in HVAC project execution• Strong learning in labour and site coordination• Growth into contract and execution leadership rolesWHO SHOULD APPLY:This opportunity is ideal for professionals who:• Are strong in Negotiations, coordination and follow-ups• Want to build expertise in contractor and labour management• Enjoy working in site execution environmentsNOTE: Candidates from MUMBAI will only be considered.
