Hiring: Lead Project Manager – Trading Wind Down (TWD) Location: Bangalore Experience: 10+ Years Compensation: Up to 32 LPA Notice Period: Up to 60 DaysOverview: We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire a Lead Project Manager for a high-impact Trading Wind Down (TWD) regulatory programme. This is a strategic role within a central programme team, working closely with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional delivery across trading, risk, liquidity, and collateral workstreams.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support delivery of complex, cross-functional regulatory programmes Drive integrated planning, milestone tracking, and critical path management Ensure strong programme governance, risk & issue management, and reporting Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, and Finance functions Manage dependencies, change control, and quality assurance across workstreams Support transition from implementation to business-as-usualIdeal Candidate Profile: 10+ years of Project Management experience within Banking / Capital Markets Strong exposure to Trading Wind Down / Regulatory / Stress Testing programmes Solid understanding of Front Office, Risk, and Trading environments Proven experience managing large, complex global programmes Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications (preferred)This role offers an opportunity to be part of a high-visibility transformation programme, working alongside global stakeholders and contributing directly to regulatory and strategic outcomes.
