Senior AI Product & Project Owner - 12+ Years - Immediate joiners

BU / FUNCTION DESCRIPTION We are building a new AI Transformation center – which will integrate into parts of ADITRAC (Accelerated Digital Transformation Center) and becoming our strategic advisory and technology partner for solving complex challenges in the journey of achieving your digital objectives. We work with all the business functions within Transportation Solutions and Sensors to drive Digitalization and create digital solutions.Our set-up is based on 3 main pillars to drive and deliver digitalization:Consulting and digital / AI advisory: Partner with each function to better to understand challenges and design state-of-the-art solutions and agentsAI Solutioning and Technology center: Mastering all technical disciplines and solutions Project Management and Security: Ensuring delivery on time and budget and with the necessary security levels.ROLE OBJECTIVE This role combines classical project-management principles with AI product-ownership.It’s important to understand, drive and deliver projects from project initiation to closure. As an AI product & project owner you must manage and set stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects and ensure value-creation after delivery.RESPONSIBILITIES Owns discovery of business, data, and process requirements, including downstream change impactsTranslates business problems into AI‑solvable questionsEnsures AI work creates real business value, not just technical outputOwns AI solution success across its lifecycle, including post‑deployment monitoring and value realization Ensures responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability) are considered and escalated where needed Aligns data readiness and ownership with AI delivery milestonesCollaborates with CIOs and BU Senior-managements to own use‑case selection and prioritization Owns the tracking of success metrics (ROI, efficiency, risk reduction) – also after solution-deliveryDecides build vs buy vs stop – including proper escalation mechanismDrive and participate in the testing and user-acceptance phasesPlan project timeline and milestonesCollaborate with AI and data architects to create work break downIdentifies and mitigates delivery, data, and AI‑specific risks (e.g. bias, drift, adoption)Monitor and control project progressEnsure effective and proactive/structured communicationDrive projects to closure as plannedSupport team with documentationMentor and support junior team membersEDUCATION/KNOWLEDGEBachelor’s degree - AnyKnowledge of project management techniques & toolsKnowledge of AI technology and toolsKnowledge of basic IT development platform and technology stacksQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEPMP or Scrum Master certification (good to have)IT Project Management ExperienceAgile Development experience12+ years of overall experience7+ years of Project Management ExperienceMOTIVATIONAL/CULTURAL FITInnovation demeanor Problem solvingProactiveWorking in a fast paced and dynamic environmentPassion for technologySelf developmentResults drivenClear and concise communication both locally and globally
