Job Title: Project Manager – Electrical (Data Centre Project)Location: PAN IndiaCompany: EVIO Private LimitedCTC: As per industry standardsExperience: 12–15 years in Electrical Turnkey ProjectsDepartment: Electrical - ProjectAbout EVIO:EVIO Private Limited is a leading Electrical Turnkey Project contracting company with proven expertise in delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure solutions across industrial, commercial, residential, and mission-critical facilities such as data centres.Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Data Centre Project in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale electrical works involving HT (High Tension) & LT (Low Tension) systems, and capable of handling a workforce of over 500 site workers and a core team of 35 staff members. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery with a focus on timelines, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Project Execution:Manage and monitor all on-site activities for electrical HT & LT installation works in accordance with the approved design, drawings, and timelines.Team & Workforce Management:Lead and supervise a site workforce of approximately 500 workers and a core staff of 35 team members, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Client Coordination:Attend client meetings, coordinate with consultants and PMC, ensure proper documentation and timely response to project updates.Billing & Certification:Prepare RA bills, follow up for bill certification from client/PMC, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payment follow-up.Material Management:Raise Material Indents & Requisitions as per project needs, track material movement, and coordinate with the procurement department for timely delivery.Measurement & Documentation:Ensure proper site measurement and certification, maintain daily/weekly progress reports and measurement.Safety & Compliance:Implement and monitor site safety guidelines and ensure full compliance with electrical safety norms and statutory regulations.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular checks to ensure quality of installation work as per project specifications and industry best practices.Candidate Requirements:Education:B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with exceptional experience may be considered)Experience:12–15 years in Electrical Project Execution, with at least 5 years in managing Data Centre or critical infrastructure projects.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of HT panels, LT panels, cable laying, earthing, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and related electrical systemsFamiliarity with installation standards (IS/IEC) and safety codesUnderstanding of BOQ, drawings, and technical documentationSoft Skills:Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skillsEffective communication and client-handling abilitiesCapability to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesPreferred:Previous experience with large Electrical turnkey projectCandidates with prior Data Centre project exposure will be given preference.
