You will assist in creating compelling spatial design concepts, sourcing finishes and décor, preparing visual presentations, and supporting on-site styling and execution across holiday homes, model displays, and brand environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptualizing and executing interior styling and spatial design ideasCreate mood boards, layout plans, and presentation decks aligned with project aestheticsSupport development of 2D layouts and basic 3D visualizationsAssist in sourcing décor items, furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and accessoriesCoordinate with vendors for samples, procurement, site visits, and logisticsSupport preparation of BOQs, sourcing lists, documentation, and execution filesParticipate in design reviews and client-facing presentations when requiredSupport on-site styling, installations, and finishing touchesTravel as required for sourcing, site visits, and on-ground executionRequirementsGraduate in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related disciplineBasic proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar)Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of styling principlesOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive learnerComfortable with multi-tasking and occasional travelWhy Join Nirvana RealtyAt Nirvana Realty, you will:Be part of a legacy second-homes brand with over 18 years of experienceWork on real, lifestyle-curated projects that shape holiday and weekend livingGain hands-on exposure from concept to execution in interior stylingDevelop a portfolio of meaningful, real-world spatial design workGrow within a professional, design-driven environment
