We’re Hiring: Modern Trade Manager – FMCG (Tea) Location: Mumbai (with regional responsibilities across Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP). We are looking for a dynamic Modern Trade Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP region . If you have a passion for FMCG, strong account management expertise, and a knack for building long-term customer relationships, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Modern Trade strategies & annual business plans . Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent growth. Manage key accounts & trading terms with leading retailers. Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns for higher visibility. Analyze market trends & sales performance to drive profitability. Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team . What We’re Looking For 10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to Modern Trade. Proven track record in key account management & regional sales (Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP). Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills . Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver sales growth .
