Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Cosmetology Consultant to join our team. The role involves providing professional skin, hair, and aesthetic consultations, designing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring a superior client experience. The consultant will act as the bridge between clients and doctors/therapists, guiding them with expert advice on cosmetic procedures and treatments.---Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed consultations for clients regarding skin, hair, and cosmetic concerns.Assess client needs through skin/hair analysis and recommend suitable treatments.Explain treatment options, procedures, expected results, side effects, and aftercare.Coordinate with dermatologists, doctors, and therapists to ensure smooth treatment delivery.Build personalized treatment plans aligned with client expectations and clinic protocols.Maintain detailed client records and update follow-up care progress.Educate clients about clinic services, packages, and preventive skincare regimes.Support clinic growth through client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling treatments.Ensure high standards of hospitality, confidentiality, and ethical consultation.---Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.1–3 years of experience in cosmetology/dermatology/aesthetic consultation (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered).Strong knowledge of cosmetic treatments (lasers, peels, facials, injectables, anti-aging, hair restoration, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Client-centric approach with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.Professional grooming, confidence, and a sales-oriented mindset.
