Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Data Centre Project in Pune . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale electrical works involving HT (High Tension) & LT (Low Tension) systems , and capable of handling a workforce of over 500 site workers and a core team of 35 staff members . The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery with a focus on timelines, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Manage and monitor all on-site activities for electrical HT & LT installation works in accordance with the approved design, drawings, and timelines. Team & Workforce Management: Lead and supervise a site workforce of approximately 500 workers and a core staff of 35 team members, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Client Coordination: Attend client meetings, coordinate with consultants and PMC, ensure proper documentation and timely response to project updates. Billing & Certification: Prepare RA bills, follow up for bill certification from client/PMC, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely
