Lead Safety

This role is ideal for professionals with strong on-field exposure who have independently handled regulatory inspections, compliance, site safety, HSE related trainings, and HSE Data Analysis & Report Preparation in complex operational environments.Role Highlights: -Lead end-to-end HSE Safety & compliance implementation across onshore, offshore, drilling, and marine assetsAct as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities such as DGMS, PESO, OISD, DGH, other regulatory bodies.Ensure statutory approvals, licenses, inspections, and audit complianceDrive incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive measuresOversee HSE SOPs, ERP / DMP, HAZOP studies, and mock drillsConduct regular site visits to drilling rigs and operational assets to ensure safety complianceLead HSE trainings for employees and contractor workforceCoordinate with site HSE teams and prepare HSE performance reportsEducation/Qualification B.Tech or B. E / M.Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Industrial Safety15–18 years HSE experience in Upstream Oil & Gas / Drilling / Marine installationsProven hands-on site experience and regulatory interface exposureRelevant HSE certifications preferred
