Corporate Security Specialist ( Manager / Deputy Manager)

We are seeking an experiencedCorporate Security professional , preferably anEx-Serviceman , to lead and manage all security operations for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing and corporate setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inindustrial and corporate security management , proven experience inteam leadership , and the ability to design and implement robust systems forasset protection, crisis response, and compliance . This role demands proactive coordination with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and third-party service providers to ensure a safe and secure working environment across sites.Key Responsibilities: Lead thecorporate security operationsacross offices, plants, and warehouses. Manage and supervise alarge teamof in-house and outsourced security personnel. Develop and enforcesecurity policies, SOPs, and incident response procedures . Monitoraccess control, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter security systemsfor effective risk mitigation. Conductthreat and vulnerability assessments ; implement preventive measures accordingly. Coordinate withlocal law enforcement and emergency servicesduring incidents or audits. Overseetransport security, material movement control, and visitor management systems . Drivetraining and awareness programsfor security staff and employees. Maintain properrecords, reports, and compliance documentationrelated to security operations. Support leadership incrisis management, investigations, and contingency planning .Key Requirements: Background:Ex-Serviceman (Armed Forces / Paramilitary / Police) preferred. Experience:Minimum5+ yearsof relevant experience incorporate or industrial security management . Qualification:Graduate degree or equivalent; certifications insecurity management / industrial safetypreferred. Proven capability inleading large, multi-site security teams . Strong understanding ofphysical security, emergency response, and regulatory compliance . Excellentcommunication, leadership, and decision-makingskills. Ability to work under pressure and handleconfidential and critical situationswith composure.
