Job Description: Manage the regional security helpdesk ticketing system as per defined ticket SLA. Performing daily Security systems Audits as scheduled e: g CCTV Audit & Access levels Audit. Managing the access card activation and deactivation requests Generating Key-card Access reports whenever required Maintaining inventory of keycards across all buildings and providing Onboarding support for employees and support staff Supporting in downloading footages in case of investigations as per laid down protocols. Conducting reconciliation of vendor keycards as per pre defined timelines
