The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting foreign exchange and remittance services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities • Promote foreign exchange and remittance services to individuals and businesses • Handle currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets • Provide customers with exchange rate and service information • Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations • Coordinate with banks, travel agencies, corporate clients, and walk-in customers • Prepare reports and monitor forex market trendsRequired Skills & Experience • 2–7 years of experience in Forex, Money Exchange, Banking, Remittance, or Financial Services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Sales and customer service orientation • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance proceduresPreferred Skills • Knowledge of foreign exchange operations and market trends • Existing client/network in the financial sector is a plus • Additional language proficiency is an advantage
