The Insurance Sales Agent will actively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and close sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing insurance policies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively communicate the value of insurance productsCustomer Service and Relationship Management skills to build long-term client relationships and address customer queries with professionalismAnalytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutionsBasic knowledge in the insurance domain, including understanding policy terms and coverage optionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in local languages as relevantSelf-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented approachExperience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
