Known for its commitment to quality and innovation, PENTAGON ELMECH SOLUTIONS focuses on delivering reliable and efficient solutions to meet its clients' needs.Position: Sales Engineer - HVACIndustry: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)Location: [ Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai ]Experience: 2-8 yearsEducation: Graduate/ B.E.MechNo of Positions: 5Key Responsibilities: • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. • Directly reporting to AGM Sales and submitting monthly reports • Preparation and submission of PQ documents • Receiving of tenders, floating enquiries to vendors/sub contractors for getting the properquotes as per tender specification and negotiate for discounts. • Understanding of tender and design aspects of the projects • Preparing pre-bid queries, seek technical deviation from tender specification to improve cost and to provide technical value add to client. • Preparing technical /commercial comparison of all vendor offers on each project basisResponsible for Submission of TDS for products • Should prepare the best costing with all vendors comparisons • Preparation and submission of techno commercial offers by listing down all technical • Deviations as compared to tender specifications with justification within due date. • Ensuring timely submission of offers • Effective follow ups with client/PMC/Consultant to get feedback on the submitted offer. • Attending pre-bid and techno commercial meetings. • Getting approval of costing and margin from sales manager/AGM before submittingoffer.• Quantity take offs for all projects wherever tender drawings are available.• Coordination with commercial department for EMD’s & BG’s. • Maintaining proper documentation of all projects, filings etc. • Maintaining pricelist for negotiated items(Rate contract prices)duly ap roved by AGM. • Transfer of job along with hard copy file and with full details to project and procurement team • Reporting to Director immediately after attending every techno commercial meeting ,concall, Presentation without fail by phone call or through personally meetings
