Designation: Sales Engineer / Junior Manager/Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager /Manager -Sales & Business DevelopmentSBU: Drives & TransmissionGrade : Junior to Mid LevelExperience : 5-12 yearsLocation: MumbaiCTC Range: Rs 8- 14 lpa ( depending upon years of Experience) Products to be handled: Dueblin (Rotary Union) Region of Operation: Mumbai ,Nagpur, Aurangabad, Goa region Ideal Candidate with sales exposure to fast moving industrial product particularly to machine tool, automotive, textile, rubber , tyre, and other generic engineering industriesLead generation to the successful execution of the order and all types of coordination related to it which typically includes:1. Responsible for developing sales in the entire region.2. Organizing sales visits, and identifying and establishing new business.3. Having technical / commercial discussion / negotiations with customer4. Meeting sales target set for the area5. Providing pre-sales technical discussion /assistance and product education to customers6. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows , conferences, and other marketing activities.Qualifications:Educational Background: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Preferred Qualification: MBA will be an added advantage.Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.Skills: Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.Travelling required approx. 10-15 days a month
