With a strong presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, PENTAGON ELMECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is recognized for its innovative and quality-driven engineering solutions.Job Summary:The Account Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations for HVAC projects, including billing, vendor payments, and financial tracking of site-related expenses. The role requires coordination with project, purchase, and site teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain accounting records for HVAC projects and company operations • Prepare project-wise invoices (RA Bills), tax invoices, and client billing • Handle accounts payable & receivable, including follow-up with clients for payments • Process vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and material purchase entries • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash flow • Maintain project cost tracking and expense monitoring • Assist in GST, TDS, Labour Cess, PF, ESIC compliance • Prepare monthly MIS reports, project profitability reports, and financial summaries • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement team for billing and expense details • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance • Support in payroll processing for site staff and workers if required Required Skills:• Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation • Experience in Tally / ERP systems (experience in project-based accounting preferred) • Strong knowledge of GST billing, TDS, and compliance • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) • Understanding of project billing and costing • Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and clients • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce () • 2–4 years of experience in accounting (preferably in HVAC / construction / project-based company)
