Role Overview:The Assistant Key Account Manager – Ecommerce is responsible for managing and growing key marketplace accounts, with a strong focus on driving billing, executing Joint Business Plans (JBP), and delivering against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of ecommerce execution, including demand–supply planning, promotion and investment optimization, pricing governance, PO and billing management, and close coordination with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams. The incumbent supports new product launches, monitors inventory health and event readiness, conducts offtake and category analysis, and provides data‑driven insights through regular business reviews. Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience managing Ecommerce and Quick Commerce (Especially Amazon and Flipkart along with other beauty platforms and quick commerce)Mandatory exposure to skin/ personal care industry.
