Mahika Packaging is known for precision, quality, and delivering tailored solutions to its clients worldwide.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly professional, client-facing Sales Coordinator who can confidently manage client relationships while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams.This role demands an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and a polished, presentable personality, capable of representing the organization with credibility and professionalism.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented communication Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders and commitments Handle client inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing with accuracy and efficiency Prepare and present MIS reports, sales data, and client updates to management Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication across departments and with clients Support the sales team in achieving business targets through efficient coordination and client handling Maintain updated records in CRM systems and ensure proper documentation Candidate Profile (Critical Requirements) Excellent command over spoken and written English (non-negotiable) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle clients independently Highly presentable, confident, and professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions Proven experience in client handling / account coordination / sales coordination roles Strong ability to build trust, manage expectations, and resolve client concerns effectively High level of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination / client servicing / account management Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B industry will be an added advantage Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteJob Location : Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (candidates staying in western suburbs preferred)Salary wont be constraint for the right candidate
