Role Context:This role exists to lead and scale Direct Sales of the organization and build a predictable, scalable, and high-performance sales engine.Immediate focus areas include:Improving sales predictability and pipeline visibilityStrengthening conversion across the funnelBringing operating discipline across teams and marketsThis role will combine market leadership with strong execution rigor to drive sustainable topline growth.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Ownership & Sales PerformanceOwn and deliver overall sales targets across regions and projectsDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual topline performanceBuild predictable sales forecasting and pipeline visibilityMonitor performance and drive corrective actions2. Sales Operating Rhythm & GovernanceEstablish structured sales cadence (pipeline reviews, forecasting, funnel tracking)Build dashboards and reporting frameworksDrive operating discipline across teams and regionsImprove forecasting accuracy and leadership visibility3. Funnel Conversion & ProductivityImprove conversion ratios across funnel stages (Lead → Site Visit → Booking)Improve productivity across Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and ZonesStandardize sales processes, scripts, and engagement workflowsAlign with Marketing to improve lead-to-closure efficiency4. Developer Relationships & Inventory StrategyBuild and strengthen relationships with key developers across marketsEnsure access to high-quality, sellable inventorySupport project onboarding and developer engagement strategyPartner with leadership on long-term developer relationships5. Channel Partner EcosystemBuild, segment, and actively manage the channel partner networkDrive consistent and predictable contribution from channel partnersDesign engagement cadence, incentive structures, and performance trackingStrengthen partnerships to improve both inventory access and lead flow6. Team & Organization BuildingBuild and lead a multi-layered sales organization.Establish clear KRAs, accountability, and performance cultureImprove team productivity and ownershipPartner with HR on hiring, capability building, and retention7.
