Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients, provide detailed sales reports, and maintain a strong understanding of our AI-powered HR platform. Presenting and negotiating proposals, as well as ensuring client satisfaction, will be key aspects of the role.
