About the CompanyReputed Mechanical Equipment ManufacturerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Engineer to handle direct sales and business development for our Pumps Division. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting technical sales activities across various industries.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Dosing & Metering Pumps across assigned regionsIdentify new business opportunities and develop new client accountsConduct market research and competitor analysisBuild and maintain relationships with end-users, OEMs, consultants, and EPC companiesHandle client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentationsPrepare proposals and support the sales process end-to-endWork towards achieving sales targets and business growth QualificationsEducation: B.E. in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 1–2 years in Sales / Technical Sales (Engineering Products preferred)Basic understanding of industrial products and applicationsGood communication and client-handling skillsRequired SkillsBasic understanding of industrial products and applicationsGood communication and client-handling skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in Sales / Technical Sales (Engineering Products preferred)Pay range and compensation packageSalary: ₹40,000+ per month (depending on experience)Yearly Performance BonusConveyance AllowancePrivilege Leave (PL) & Casual Leave (CL) Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.General NotesLocation: Mumbai (On-site role)Preference: Candidates with exposure to industrial sectorsJoining: Immediate or as per notice period
