Account Executive

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Receivables / Finance Operations to support customer accounting, receipt adjustments, and finance operations.Technical Skill: Working Knowledge of FICO (SAP) with experience in Receipt posting & Clearing. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately post and settle customer receipts across multiple business lines.Record TDS/TCS manual FI entries to ensure timely and complete receipt adjustments.Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales teams to obtain invoice details for effective knocking-off and reconciliation.Monitor, track, and report unsettled credits on a regular basis to ensure timely resolution.Provide backup support to team members during leave or absence to ensure continuity of operations.Support smooth month-end processes related to accounts receivable activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to harness financial data to inform decisions
