The Community Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with running groups to understand their requirement and driving sales performance, and managing the sales process. Additional responsibilities coordination with the production team and contributing to the overall customer engagement and satisfaction strategy.QualificationsStrong Communication and Sales skills to engage with clients and provide exceptional support.Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Ability to conduct training sessions and effective Sales Management to lead and support a team.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for outdoor apparel and gear.Proficiency in using sales software and maintaining organized records.Prior experience in the outdoor retail or apparel industry is a plus.Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previously been an active athlete representing at district, state or national level in any sport.
