Role: Accounting & Taxation - OtherIndustry Type: Beauty & Personal CareDepartment: Finance & AccountingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Accounting & TaxationExperience Required: 5 Years (Minimum 2 Years in FMCG or Personal Care Industry)Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Management:Manage credit customer accounts receivables with accuracy and discipline.Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) follow-up with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) to facilitate smooth collection and reconciliation.Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution:Conduct periodic reconciliation of credit buyer accounts.Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.Accounting & Inventory:Apply general accounting knowledge to daily operations, including stock and inventory management.Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams for inventory accuracy.SAP Operations:Work within SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules for transactional accuracy, reporting, and financial documentation.GST & Statutory Compliance:Possess sound knowledge and hands-on experience in GST accounting.Ensure accurate input credit management, timely reconciliation, and adherence to all GST statutory requirements.Candidate Profile:Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter/MBA (Finance) preferred.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG or Personal Care sector.Proficient in SAP (FI, CO, SD modules) and MS Excel.Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.High attention to detail and compliance-oriented.
