We foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.About the Role The Account Manager will lead the sales strategy for designated markets, drive month‑on‑month revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and build strong distributor networks. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to develop new business opportunities, and a proactive, customer‑centric approach.Responsibilities Manage overall sales and margin performance for assigned markets; achieve monthly targets and YOY growth. Grow and nurture key customer accounts across Leather. Conduct customer visits to promote, present, and recommend product solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities; follow up on leads and sample requests. Negotiate commercial agreements in line with pricing, marketing, and business policies. Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for 0–18 months. Strengthen distributor and channel partner networks; conduct regular review meetings and portfolio training. Manage receivables, DSO, and overdue collections effectively. Support product launches by attending exhibitions and marketing events. Collaborate with internal global and regional teams for project coordination and market intelligence.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Science/Engineering/Business preferred). 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Leather Industries. Strong commercial acumen with proven results in sales growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills. Strategic, proactive, and results‑driven mindset. English proficiency is essential; knowledge of any European language is an advantage.Required Skills Strong customer focus. Ability to influence and negotiate across senior levels.
