Responsibilities include overseeing e-commerce operations, analyzing online traffic, managing campaigns to drive sales, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. The role involves monitoring KPIs to drive growth and ensuring seamless user experiences on the company's e-commerce platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute eCommerce strategyManage digital marketing (SEO, ads, email campaigns)Analyze data using tools like Google AnalyticsOptimize website conversion ratesManage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, shopify, etc.)Lead team and coordinate with marketing & tech teamsExpert in Shopify Manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) Monitor inventory and stock levels Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teamsTrack sales performance and prepare reportsSkills Required:Strong analytical mindsetExperience in digital marketingLeadership and project managementUnderstanding of customer behavior
